JPC offers 3 Month Warranty on 2nd Hand Items, new components carry a 12 Months manufacturers warranty (including custom system build requests), and we offer 1-3 Years RTB on selected New PC Packages and selected new components.

We also offer 7 days after sales/repair support. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you have problems.

If you have hardware component warranty issues it is recommended you discuss them with the manufacturer first, as all of our new components come with a 12 month Manufacturer warranty.
